Delivery Policy
Where stock is available, products will be despatched within 2 working days of the order being placed.
Mainland UK - Courier service, except for orders under the value of £15, whereby orders will be sent out via post.
Northern Ireland - Post (This method of delivery is used as it offers the fastest delivery time).
All UK and European Union orders over the value of £15 will incur a delivery charge of £4.70 (inc. VAT 17.5%). Orders under £15 will be sent out via post at a charge of £2.50 per order for postage and packaging.
The cost of delivery is per order regardless of the number of items.
Returned Goods Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item in an unworn, saleable condition, along with your dispatch note within 28 days of the initial order for a full refund or exchange.
Goods purchased under a promotional offer will be refunded based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
No credit will be given for goods returned in an unsaleable condition.
No credit will be given for items made to customers' original specifications i.e. 'specials' or split pairs.
The cost of any returns is the customer's responsibility and we advise using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods.

Out of Stock Goods
If the items you have ordered are out of stock we will place them on back order for you and dispatch them once they become available.
Orders from outside the UK or European Union
Orders to be shipped outside of the UK or European Union are subject to different charges and so should be placed by emailing saltsdirectorders@salts.co.uk. You will then receive details of costing before you confirm the order.
Tax Charges
All orders from the UK and the European Union are subject to VAT at 17.5% which is included in the total cost of the product and delivery charge.
Expiry Date on Payment Card
We ask that our customers ensure that the payment card does not expire before the anticipated despatch date for your order. We will not be able to fulfil orders where we are unable to take payment on despatch of the goods due to card expiry.
Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notification.
No claims for damage, shortage, non-delivery or incorrect goods supplied will be considered unless full details are notified to the company and to the carriers within seven days of receipt of goods.
