Dispatch
Where stock is available, products will be despatched within 2 working days of the order being placed.
Stock
If the items you have ordered are out of stock we will place them on back order for you and dispatch them once they become available.
Delivery
Mainland UK - Courier service, except for orders under the value of £15, whereby orders will be sent out via post.
Northern Ireland - Post (This method of delivery is used as it offers the fastest delivery time).
Orders to be shipped outside of the UK or European Union are subject to different charges and so should be placed by emailing saltsdirectorders@salts.co.uk.
You will then receive details of costing before you confirm the order.
Delivery charges
All UK and European Union orders over the value of £15 will incur a delivery charge of £4.70 (inc. VAT 17.5%). Orders under £15 will be sent out via post at a charge of £2.50 per order for postage and packaging.
The cost of delivery is per order regardless of the number of items.
