Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item in an unworn, saleable condition, along with your dispatch note within 28 days of the initial order for a full refund or exchange.
Goods purchased under a promotional offer will be refunded based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
No credit will be given for goods returned in an unsaleable condition.
No credit will be given for items made to customers' original specifications i.e. 'specials' or split pairs.
The cost of any returns is the customer's responsibility and we advise using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods.
