Where stock is available, products will be despatched within 2 working days of the order being placed.
How much postage and packaging will I pay?
All UK and European Union orders over the value of £15 will incur a delivery charge of £4.70 (inc. VAT 17.5%). Orders under £15 will be sent out via post at a charge of £2.50 per order for postage and packaging.
The cost of delivery is per order regardless of the number of items.
How will my goods be sent out to me?
Mainland UK - Courier service, except for orders under the value of £15, whereby orders will be sent out via post.
Northern Ireland - Post (This method of delivery is used as it offers the fastest delivery time).
What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item in a saleable condition along with your dispatch note within 28 days of the initial order for a full refund or exchange.
Goods purchased under a promotional offer will be refunded based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
No credit will be given for goods returned in an unsaleable condition.
No credit will be given for items made to customers' original specifications i.e. 'specials' or split pairs.

How long do I have to return unwanted goods?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item in a saleable condition along with your dispatch note within 28 days of the initial order for a full refund or exchange.

What happens if the items I order are out of stock?
If the items you have ordered are out of stock we will place them on back order for you and dispatch them once they become available.
Do you deliver internationally?
Orders to be shipped outside of the UK or European Union are subject to different charges and so should be placed by emailing saltsdirectorders@salts.co.uk. You will then receive details of costing before you confirm the order.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express and Solo.
